This booth debuted during the 2021 Food & Wine Festival. And what a name — The Swanky Saucy Swine!
You can find The Swanky Saucy Swine near Disney Traders, which is in the World Showcase entrance on the side towards Mexico.
They serve up dishes here that all about pork. You can also purchase wine, beer, and cocktails.
In 2021, this wasn’t one of our favorite booths — and the same continues this year.

Overall, this booth just isn’t very good. But, if had to recommend one thing, it’d be the new food item — the Grilled Pork Shoulder Lettuce Wrap.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Swanky Saucy Swine booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

- Dislikes: Beers that taste “stinky,” anything too salty

Heather (Editor)
- Likes: Strong flavors, anything made out of potatoes, white wines, all beers (especially stouts and wheat beers), doesn’t mind sweet (plain fruit is NOT a dessert. Ever.)
- Dislikes: Things that are too spicy, anything with a bone still in it, cocktails with too much whiskey or tequila (thanks to having too much fun in college), some red wines, most IPAs
- Dietary Restrictions: Shellfish allergy
Felicia (Content Manager)
- Likes: Mezcal, savory drinks, stouts/lagers/wheats/sour beers, vinegar, tart/sour items, chocolate, fresh vegetables and fruits, red meat

Crispy Barbecue Pork Rinds
Crispy pork rinds flavored with barbecue seasoning and served with a pimento cheese dip.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pork rinds are ok, but pimento cheese dip has a delicious flavor.
Heather: I like the pimento cheese. Last year was my first time trying pork rinds. You know what? They aren’t bad. If I didn’t know what they were, I’d like them better. But saying “I’m eating the skin of a pig” kinda makes me wanna puke.
Felicia: The pork rinds are crispy and fresh and the cheese dip is okay. A little salty. Wouldn’t get again, though.
Soy-glazed Sticky Ribs
Pork ribs glazed with a sticky soy sauce and topped with green onions and peanuts.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Decent flavor – and if you get some of the pepper seeds in your bite, a bit of a kick, too.
Heather: Good flavor, but man if you hit a pepper – WATCH OUT!
Felicia: This tasted delicious with a slightly sweet flavor, but it’s difficult to eat so I probably wouldn’t order it again.
Grilled Pork Shoulder Lettuce Wrap
Grilled pork shoulder lettuce wrap with charred corn salsa, pickled red onion, and cilantro-lime crema.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pretty presentation, love how all of the various ingredients work together, nice portion
Heather: Guys. The lettuce was wilty. I struggled to eat it. A little bit spicy.
Felicia: This is so good. The lettuce wrap makes it feels light, the pork isn’t dry and has good flavor, and the pickled red onion and cilantro lime crema are bright and refreshing. Love this. Perfect for the heat.
Rombauer Zinfandel
An intense, medium to full-bodied red zinfandel from Rombauer Vineyards in California.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: People who enjoy red wine will like this, though not refreshing in the Florida heat
Heather: It’s ok. I mean, it’s fresh. Pairs well with the food. I guess.
Felicia: An easy to drink but slightly sweet red wine. I love it but wouldn’t want to drink it in the heat.
Allyson: Wine isn’t my favorite and neither is this. I wouldn’t try this again. But, if you like wine, you’ll probably like this.
Bourbon Bloody Mary
A Bloody Mary made with Labrot & Graham Woodford Reserve Bourbon Whiskey.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Generous size, cup can be a souvenir, very smoky flavor comes through.
Heather: Tastes like V8 and I love V8!
Felicia: Gross. I liked this last year, but this year it is disgusting. Watery, straight bourbon flavor, a strange sweetness. The cup is cute but otherwise yuck yuck yuck.
SIPS Cabernet Franc Strawberry
SIPS Cabernet Franc Strawberry from Parish Brewing Co. in Broussard, LA.

Our Thoughts
Shannon: Such an interesting mix of beer and wine flavors. Strawberry flavor doesn’t come through very well.
Heather: You know. It’s there. Here’s the deal: it has an identity crisis. But that’s ok.
Felicia: I expected to really like this but it’s a bit too sweet for me. Interesting mix of wine and beer flavor, though.
Allyson: I really liked this. Super great flavor and the right amount of wine and I don’t like wine.
