The Brew-Wing booth was one of several new booths that joined Food & Wine in 2021.
Last year, the marketplace offered chicken wings, flatbreads, and assorted beers and ciders.
The same can be said for this year, except flatbreads have been eliminated. There’s even a plant-based Brussels sprouts dish that’s full of heat.
Like in 2021, you can find this booth inside the Odyssey Events Pavilion (between Test Track and the Mexico Pavilion).
Even though Brew-Wing wasn’t set to open until August 15, it opened on July 14 providing another booth for guests to try and indoor seating with air conditioning.
But, although the location is great, the food still isn’t anything special or unique.
This is good for those who love wings, but we just aren’t wing people. Though, if we had to recommend one wing dish, it’d be the Dry-rubbed Jerk-spiced Wings with Papaya Chili Sauce. The Blood Orange IPA is also delicious!
Tip: You can grab ranch at the main booth counter for your wings. The ranch isn’t served with the food.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Brew-Wing booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys.

Photos & Reviews
Sticky Wings with Peanut Sauce
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in peanut sauce and grape gel and served with celery and ranch.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Peanut sauce is an interesting flavor but ultimately pretty bland.
Heather: Ewwwww.
Felicia: This tastes like a meaty peanut butter and jelly. Yuck.
Garlic Parmesan Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in garlic parmesan sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Decent flavors and portion.
Heather: Pizza Hut does garlic Parmesan better.
Felicia: Mushy and oddly creamy. Gross. Why don’t they have boneless wings?
Traditional Buffalo Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in traditional buffalo wing sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pretty basic wing. Slight kick.
Heather: I don’t think this is what traditional wings taste like but also I don’t eat wings ever.
Felicia: Standard Buffalo wing. Who wants to eat this messy food in the heat?
Srirach-Lime Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in srirach-lime sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Spicy, messy, but kinda plain.
Heather: Food shouldn’t feel like punishment.
Felicia: Spicy and very saucy, but not necessarily in a good way. Can definitely taste the sriracha.
Dry-Rubbed Jerk-Spiced Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings dry-rubbed with jerk-spice and a papaya chili sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Great flavors and a nice kick
Heather: MY MOUTH IS ON FIRE. Other people say it’s good but they are silly.
Felicia: Best of the wings, but still don’t love. The dry rub helps ensure it’s crispy. And the jerk flavor is great. But it’s still wings and it’s awkward to eat.
Brussel Sprouts
Plant-based brussels sprouts served with buffalo sauce and creamy-style sauce that resembles blue cheese.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Wanted to love this but it was salty and mushy
Heather: Not my favorite Brussels sprout. WHERE IS THE CRISP, DISNEY?!
Felicia: These are so good. Love the buffalo and the cheese tastes real (and not plant based). If I were to get a “meal” at this booth it would be the brussel sprouts and dry rubbed wings.
Allyson: A fantastic vegetarian option. I would get these again and again. Also not too spicy.
Pineapple Vibes Blonde Ale
An easy-drinking blonde ale with subtle hints of pineapple. Brewed by Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company of Orlando, FL.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Plain, pineapple taste didn’t come through
Heather: Very disappointing! Not really that great.
Felicia: Another light ale that isn’t hard to drink. All solid beers at this booth.
Allyson: Absolutely not. This is horrible. That taste! Yuck.
3 Daughters Brewing Watermelon Wheat Ale
A light and refreshing wheat ale with a hint of watermelon brewed by 3 Daughters Brewing in St. Petersburg, FL.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Decent, light wheat ale. Didn’t taste the watermelon but liked it a lot.
Heather: It’s the law that I have to rank the drinks high here because goodness knows I’m not gonna rank the things with bones high. BUT, this tastes like water so take me to jail.
Felicia: This watermelon flavor is delicious. Refreshing, bright, and not too sweet. Very smooth delicious wheat.
Allyson: I’m not a huge watermelon flavor person and this just isn’t my thing. It’s eh.
Groveland Road Blood Orange IPA
An American-style IPA fermented with blood orange puree brewed by Central 28 Beer Company of DeBary, FL.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Would order a full size version of this again. Light, delicious.
Heather: Great for an IPA. I usually am not a big fan of them, (IPAs), but this one is good! Definitely taste the blood orange.
Felicia: Great, light IPA. Mild orange flavor and the hops aren’t overwhelming. Good option.
Allyson: The best option here. Not too hoppy and good citrus flavor.
Bold Rock Honeycrisp Hard Cider
A hard cider made with Honeycrisp apples by Bold Rock Hard Cider in Nellysford, VA.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Definitely very fruity and light. Might be too sweet for some people.
Heather: Extremely refreshing! And not too sweet. Doesn’t taste too sweet. But definitely a cider, so if you don’t like those stay away.
Felicia: No, thank you. May be okay if you like sparkling apple juice.
Allyson: Not too overpowering of an apple flavor. A solid cider.
Woodchuck Guava ‘Nother Hard Cider
A hard cider made with guava by Woodchuck Hard Cider in Middlebury, VT.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Light guava flavors. Loved.
Heather: Really sweet. There are SO many cider options here, no need to make a special stop here.
Felicia: This isn’t bad, the guava is a fun and unique flavor and isn’t too sweet. Still a cider, though.
Allyson: Guava and cider shouldn’t be a thing. No thank you.
Strawberry Lemonade Hard Cider
A hard cider made with the flavors of strawberry and lemon by Blake’s Hard Cider Co. in Armada, MI.
Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Too sweet. Artificial flavors.
Heather: Waaaaaa I’m tired of ciders. This is too sweet.
Felicia: Fun strawberry lemonade flavor and isn’t very apple-y, but too sweet for my preference.
Allyson: I like the strawberry lemonade flavor. It’s not too strong. It’s a middle of the road cider.
