Calling all those who love to eat meat on a bone. We can honestly say never seen so many wings.
That’s exactly what you can find at Brew-Wing, aka the “Brew-Wing Lab at the Odyssey,” a returning booth for the 2023 Epcot International Food and Wine Festival.
Warning: there will most likely be a line here, so be prepared to either rope drop — or wait.
What makes Brew-Wing new and exciting this year is it’s themed after The Muppets! In addition to some of the menu offerings and decor, you’ll be able to watch Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker of Muppet Labs create scientific snacks and beverages (via a video screen, not in person).
One concoction they’ve created this year is the highly-discussed Pickle Milkshake. Like every other item at Brew-Wing, we tried this and we cannot (and will not) recommend it to you. Even Felicia, who considers pickles her favorite food, hated this.
What we can recommend to you are both plant-based dishes. Thankfully, the Brussels sprouts dish that was first introduced in 2022 is on this year’s menu. Plus — there are brand new Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders!
This menu is somewhat overwhelming. It took us 90 minutes to capture footage, try each item, discuss our favorites, and write our reviews.
But, that’s why we’re here! To help you narrow down what is worth your money and time.
Keep reading for everything you need to know about the Brew-Wing booth, including reviews, photos, and our must-trys!

When it comes to our reviews and ratings, we thought it would be helpful if you had a better understanding of our personal preferences (what we like and don’t like), along with if there are any dietary restrictions.
Here’s a breakdown of not only who is doing the reviews, but a little more information about what each of us likes and doesn’t like food and drink-wise.
Shannon (Founder)
Likes: Almost everything
Dislikes: Beers that taste “stinky,” anything too salty
Dietary Restrictions: None
Heather (Editor)
Likes: Strong flavors, anything made out of potatoes, white wines, all beers (especially stouts and wheat beers), doesn’t mind sweet (plain fruit is NOT a dessert. Ever.)
Dislikes: Things that are too spicy, anything with a bone still in it, cocktails with too much whiskey or tequila (thanks to having too much fun in college), some red wines, most IPAs
Dietary Restrictions: Shellfish allergy
Felicia (Content Manager)
Likes: Mezcal, savory drinks, stouts/lagers/wheats/sour beers, vinegar, tart/sour items, chocolate, fresh vegetables and fruits, red meat
Dislikes: Ciders, sweet drinks, anything milky or creamy, chili powder, cumin, weirded out by textures, mayonnaise, saucy/wet food, cream-filled pastries, artificial fruit flavors, cooked fruits, frozen items (drinks or ice cream)
Dietary Restrictions: None
Allyson (Managing Writer)
Likes: Cheesecake (the more sweets, the better), anything mint, hazy IPAs and wheat beers (big beer fan), tofu and most Impossible dishes, mushrooms
Dislikes: Wine (only likes a few dry ones), cream ales and stouts/porters, super sweet cocktails, floral flavors (lavender, rose), anything almond-flavored, things that are too spicy, olives, meat and seafood (see below)
Classic bone-in chicken wings seasoned with orange-cardamom.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 2.0/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Guys – I am just not a wing fan. I’m so sorry. The orange coating tastes like orange chicken, though! Felicia: The meat is chewy and not great and the orange flavor is very artificial and overpowering. Wouldn’t recommend.
Traditional Buffalo Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in traditional buffalo wing sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 2.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Pretty basic wing. Slight kick. Heather: I don’t think this is what traditional wings taste like but also I don’t eat wings ever. Felicia: Standard Buffalo wing. Who wants to eat this messy food in the heat?
Impossible Buffalo Chicken Tenders
Impossible™ buffalo chicken tenders with plant-based blue cheese, plant-based ranch and celery.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: Plant-based
Rating: 4.3/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Spicy but delicious! I wish all “wings” were like this! Felicia: These were surprisingly good. Expected to find the texture off putting but it was fine. The Buffalo is very tangy/vinegary which I like. Huge portion too. Ally: I think is a great plant-based option. I’ve been wanting to add a vegan wing item here for awhile and I’m so glad they did. But warning that it’s on the spicier side. Also nice to eat and cut – no bones (ew). Less messy, too!
Heather: Who needs taste buds? I guess if you like crying in Epcot because your mouth is on fire, then these are for you! Felicia: These are very spicy but delicious. My favorite wings at the booth. The curry flavor is great. Don’t like eating them because it’s messy but they are delicious.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Sticky Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in peanut sauce and grape gel and served with celery and ranch.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 2.0/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Peanut sauce is an interesting flavor but ultimately pretty bland. Heather: Ewwwww. Felicia: This tastes like a meaty peanut butter and jelly. Yuck.
Garlic Parmesan Wings
Classic bone-in chicken wings coated in garlic parmesan sauce and served with celery and ranch.
Price: $7.50
Special Diets: Gluten-friendly
Rating: 2.3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Decent flavors and portion. Heather: Pizza Hut does garlic parmesan better. Felicia: Mushy and oddly creamy. Gross. Why don’t they have boneless wings?
Brussel Sprouts
Plant-based brussels sprouts served with buffalo sauce and creamy-style sauce that resembles blue cheese.
Price: $5.00
Special Diets: Plant-based, Gluten-friendly
Rating: 4.0/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Wanted to love this but it was salty and mushy Heather: Not my favorite Brussels sprout. WHERE IS THE CRISP, DISNEY?! Felicia: These are so good. Love the buffalo and the cheese tastes real (and not plant based). If I were to get a “meal” at this booth it would be the brussel sprouts and dry rubbed wings. Allyson: A fantastic vegetarian option. I would get these again and again. Also not too spicy.
Frozen Fusion
Twinings Pomegranate and Raspberry Herbal Tea fused with orange ice cream molecules.
Price: $4.75
Made with alcohol? No
Rating: 3.7/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Excellent and refreshing! Adorable cup, too. I would do one of these and the impossible tenders again. Felicia: This is too sweet for my preference but it’s good. It’s tart and cold and refreshing. The presentation is adorable. Good option. Tea flavor is subtle. Allyson: A little on the sweeter side, but I think this is a good kids option. And it comes in a fun, cute cup.
Pickle Milkshake
An ice cream milkshake with dill pickles and a sprig of dill for garnish.
Price: $5.75
Made with alcohol? No
Rating: 1.0/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: You know what, creamsicle pickles should remain in your imagination and not be a part of a shake. Maybe this is why you should let the Swedish Chef be in the kitchen and keep Beaker and Dr. Honeydew in the lab. Felicia: I’m bitter about having to try this. Do not recommend. Allyson: This is as bad as it looks. I want it to be minty, because it looks like a mint milkshake, but it’s not. It’s definitely dill and pickle-flavored and a weird consistency. I cannot recommend.
Sun King Brewing Caipirinha Lager
Caipirinha Lager is a Brazilian inspired lager infused with lime and brewed by Sun King Brewing in Sarasota, FL. Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 2.3/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Tastes like a cocktail that had its ice melt in it. Where is the flavor?! Beer colored water. Felicia: Was looking forward to this because I love caipirinhas but it just tastes like a skunky lager with a slight funk to it. Allyson: A nice, light beer. I think is good for a hot day.
Brew Hub French Connection IPA
French Connection IPA is a Double New England Hazy IPA brewed by Brew Hub Brewing in Lakeland, FL. Note: this drink is also available in a flight.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 3.7/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Very refreshing. I definitely taste some citrus undertones Felicia: Pretty mild for an IPA. Not too hoppy and easy to drink. Nothing special but not bad. Allyson: Wow. Really love this. I’m an IPA fan and think this is sooo good.
3 Daughters Brewing Old Fashion Porter
Old Fashion Porter is a porter beer brewed by 3 Daughters Brewing in St. Petersburg, FL.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 3.0/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Rich porter. Hints of coffee…nice to taste after the sweetness of the ciders. Felicia: Not my favorite porter. It’s rather bitter and not as smooth as most. Allyson: I don’t like darker beers and am not a fan of this one. It is also too hot out for a porter.
Blake’s Hard Cider Co. Tropicolada Hard Cider
Tropicolada is a hard cider brewed with orange, coconut, and pineapple by Blake’s Hard Cider Co. in Armada, MI.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 3.3/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: Not terrible…a good addition to this flight. This entire flight is a good option if you like ciders, by the way. Felicia: Not too bad for a cider. Definitely tastes tropical but still like cider. Allyson: A really refreshing and not too sweet cider. Super crisp. Good on a hot day.
Bold Rock Peach Berry Hard Cider
A peach and berry flavored hard cider brewed by Bold Rock Hard Cider in Nellysford, VA.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 3.7/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: It is my favorite out of this flight! Light and crisp. Delicious. Refreshing. Felicia: Fun flavor that was refreshing. Tastes generally fruity and not so much peachy. Allyson: Really enjoyed this cider as well. The flavors come through nicely. Very refreshing.
3 Daughters Brewing Raspberry Lemonade Hard Cider
A raspberry lemonade flavored hard cider brewed by 3 Daughters Brewing in St. Petersburg, FL.
Price: $5.50 (6 oz.) / $9.50 (12 oz.)
Made with alcohol? Yes
Rating: 3.0/5
Our Thoughts
Heather: I can taste the raspberry but not too much of the lemon? But – honestly, still pretty good. Felicia: Not tart enough for me. Sweet and mellow but too sweet for me. Allyson: I love 3 Daughters and think this is a great cider option. Love the raspberry lemonade flavor.
