News

Hollywood Studios has been going through a lot of changes recently, including adding new things and removing others, including Lights Motors Action going away as of April 2. More closures are likely coming in order for construction to begin. Hollywood Studios touring plans will be updated as we know more.

Quick tip of the day

You can now modify dining reservations online (such as number of guests and the reservation time) by clicking “Change Reservation” in My Disney Experience.

Will there be the ability to switch currencies – as a Canadian reader, it would be great to see the trip in Canadian dollars 🙂

This sounds amazing. I can’t wait to see the various options and what will be available to members. I was debating getting a touring plans or kennythepirate memberships but sounds like this might be better.

    Can’t wait to see.

    Shannon,
I am so thrilled with “the big project!” The main reason I am such an avid fan of WDW Prep School is organization. You are so focused and clear on everything. Nothing is too wordy; nothing is presented as complex. I have been sending people your way since I found you! Now, I am going to insist they become a member! I can’t wait to join!

By the way, we will need a catchy name for members! I have been a Liner for a while. I can’t wait to join this group!

I just got back from a five night stay at Coronado Springs and had the best time! Even though I went during the busy season I barely waited in any lines and was able to do everything I wanted!

New “EARidescent” decor coming for the 18-mont New “EARidescent” decor coming for the 18-month long 50th celebration that officially begins on October 1.

Colorful outfits for Mickey and Minnie (do you like them better than the previous confetti version?), embellishments on Cinderella Castle, plus projections on the other park icons have been announced so far.

Was hoping for more, but I suspect they’ll be dripping the info out as they learn more about how things are going safety-wise.

What are your thoughts? Will you be making a trip for the 50th? We will!
