It is no secret that we think that Hollywood Studios provides one of the best holiday experiences out of all 4 parks.
From the decorations to the music to the entertainment, we love it all!
2023 holiday offerings
Although the decorations will be up much earlier, the “official” start date for the holidays is usually the second week of November. For 2023, look for the holidays to kick off at Hollywood Studios on November 11.
Here’s what you can find:

The Return of Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! (but only for Jollywood Nights)
No holiday celebration is complete without a grand finale, and after a long hiatus, Hollywood Studios will see the return of their holiday grand finale “Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!” for Disney Jollywood Nights.
This larger-than-life nighttime spectacular will captivate you with its vibrant music, awe-inspiring fireworks, dazzling special effects, and state-of-the-art projections. Get ready to be swept away by the sheer magic of this sensational show!

Important note: Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! will ONLY be shown during Jollywood Nights and is not available outside the party.
Minnie’s Holiday Dine
Guests can dine with Minnie Mouse and friends at Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood and Vine.

This is an extremely popular reservation – and the only place you can dine with the characters dressed up for the holidays.

In 2023 Minnie’s Holiday Dine will run from November 8 – early January 2024.
Sunset Season’s Greetings
One of the best parts of the holidays at Hollywood Studios is the fact that there is so much holiday entertainment that is free. And that includes the Sunset Season’s Greetings projection show.

With the same projection technology you can find being used on Cinderella Castle and the Tree of Life, during the holidays, the Tower of Terror is anything but scary as it gets transformed into fun holiday vignettes.
Trust us: these are cute little shows with the Tower of Terror being changed into things like a Muppets’ gingerbread masterpiece, a Toy Story toy hotel, a snowy corner of Arendelle, and a Dickensian village from Mickey’s Christmas Carol.

There’s even “snow” (aka snoap) and music and lasers.

And since the show is nearly continuous, we recommend grabbing a nearby snack or beverage and just enjoying the sites and sounds.
Frozen Sing-Along with holiday finale
Running through the end of the year, this special finale at the Frozen Sing-Along highlights some of the exciting holidays and traditions found throughout the world.

Note: this special ending adds 5 minutes to the show time.
Meet Santa
Santa is once again back and meeting guests at Hollywood Studios – but this time he’s moved to the It’s a Wonderful Shop on Grand Avenue:

In 2023 at Hollywood Studios, Santa will be meeting from November 11 – December 24. Check the My Disney Experience app for times.

Decorations
The decorations here are a-ma-zing.
Think vintage Hollywood Christmas with a dash of sparkle.

One of the highlights is the giant replicas of vintage figurines:

I mean, look at these spaghetti poodles!

Even Gertie gets decorated for the season!

Toy Story Land decorations
Toy Story Land gets in on the fun, too. Typically, you’ll see touches like a scarf on Woody:

And Rex wearing some festive “cardboard” reindeer ears:

And we can’t forget, Alien Swirling Saucers. It also gets a Christmas enhancement with a fun new soundtrack for the holidays:
Sometimes you can also find other seasonal decorations in Toy Story Land, like giant popcorn garland, alien ornaments, and this cute Hamm sugar cookie:

Plus, the Toy Story characters greet guests in the festive attire, too!
Like Woody:

And Jessie in their holiday vests:

And Buzz Lightyear with a Santa hat:

PhotoPass and Other Seasonal Photo Opportunities
Keep your eyes out for seasonal PhotoPass opportunities!
Photographers are typically stationed around Echo Lake and along Hollywood Boulevard as you enter the park.

You can also find them on Sunset Blvd.

Disney puts out a Holiday Foodie Guide every year with details on all the seasonal sweets, treats, and beverages you can find in each of the parks.
