Refreshment Port Menu & Review (2024 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival)

Refreshment Port Menu & Review (2024 Epcot Flower & Garden Festival)

The Refreshment Port isn’t your typical Flower and Garden booth.

This is actually a permanent Quick Service spot that you can find near the Canada pavilion.

But, just like at every other Epcot festival, during Flower & Garden there are exclusive festival menu items sold here in addition to the daily menu.

All food and drinks at Refreshment Port

Once again, we enjoyed the Traditional Poutine.

Debuting for the 2024 Flower and Garden Festival is the plant-based Buffalo Chicken tender poutine. This is also a Garden Graze item.

Be sure to check our 2024 Refreshment Port must-tries, photos, full reviews, and ratings below.

When it comes to our reviews and ratings, we thought it would be helpful if you had a better understanding of our personal preferences (what we like and don’t like), along with if there are any dietary restrictions.

Here’s a breakdown of not only who is doing the reviews, but a little more information about what each of us likes and doesn’t like food and drink-wise.

Shannon (Founder)

  • Likes: Almost everything
  • Dislikes: Beers that taste “stinky,” anything too salty
  • Dietary Restrictions: None

Heather (Editor)

  • Likes: Strong flavors, anything made out of potatoes, white wines, all beers (especially stouts and wheat beers), doesn’t mind sweet (plain fruit is NOT a dessert. Ever.)
  • Dislikes: Things that are too spicy, anything with a bone still in it, cocktails with too much whiskey or tequila (thanks to having too much fun in college), some red wines, most IPAs
  • Dietary Restrictions: Shellfish allergy

Felicia (Content Manager)

  • Likes: Mezcal, savory drinks, stouts/lagers/wheats/sour beers, vinegar, tart/sour items, chocolate, fresh vegetables and fruits, red meat
  • Dislikes: Ciders, sweet drinks, anything milky or creamy, chili powder, cumin, weirded out by textures, mayonnaise, saucy/wet food, cream-filled pastries, artificial fruit flavors, cooked fruits, frozen items (drinks or ice cream)
  • Dietary Restrictions: None

Plant-based Buffalo Chicken Tender Poutine

Crispy potato barrels topped with plant-based buffalo chicken tenders, plant-based blue cheese crumbles, and ranch. This item is part of the Garden Graze Food Stroll.

Plant-based Buffalo Chicken Tender Poutine 2024
  • Price: $10.00
  • Special Diets: Plant-based
  • Rating: 4.0/5

Our Thoughts

Shannon: Love that they have a plant-based poutine, but the buffalo is over powering
Heather: Spicy spicy spicy but for my plant based friends who like some heat, this is going to be a great option!
Felicia: These are so delicious. Super strong buffalo flavor, the “chicken” is crispy and the tots are perfect. Love this. It is spicy.

Traditional Poutine

French fries topped with Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs crumbles, cheese curds, and brown gravy.

Traditional Poutine Refreshment Port
  • Price: $7.50
  • Special Diets: N/A
  • Rating: 4.0/5

Our Thoughts

Shannon: Great portions and flavors.
Heather: If there weren’t better poutine options here at previous festivals, I’d rate this higher. I mean, it’s FINE. But the other is more fun.
Felicia: I love this. It’s available year round usually, though. So not special to the festival. Solid dish and it’s filling.

Country Boy Brewing Orange Cream Hard Cider

A hard cider with flavors of orange and vanilla that are reminiscent of orange push-pops, brewed by Country Boy Brewing in Kentucky.

Country Boy Brewing Orange Cream Hard Cider 2024
  • Price: $12.00
  • Made with alcohol? Yes
  • Rating: 4.7/5

Our Thoughts

Shannon: Deliciously creamy and light cider. Great portion size. Love.
Heather: It’s not over the top creamy, but it is very good! It only comes in a large size – which is okay because it is easy to drink!
Felicia: Generally don’t like creamy beers but this one isn’t too creamy and the orange is refreshing. I like this one.

Villa Maria Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc

An organic Sauvignon Blanc made by Villa Maria from Marlborough, New Zealand.

Villa Maria Earth Garden Sauvignon Blanc 2024
  • Price: $6.50
  • Made with alcohol? Yes
  • Rating: 3.3/5

Our Thoughts

Shannon: Very light and refreshing. Not too sweet.
Heather: Not many wine options for Flower and Garden and this is honestly a good choice!
Felicia: Sauvignon Blancs from Marlborough are my favorite wines. However, this does not taste like it is a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Pretty bland.

Frozen Mojito

A frozen mojito with lime, mint, and Boyd & Blair rum.

Frozen Mojito 2024
  • Price: $13.00
  • Made with alcohol? Yes
  • Rating: 3.3/5

Our Thoughts

Shannon: Not good. Not good at all.
Heather: So darn refreshing. I really, really love the sharpness. Kind of a small portion, though.
Felicia: Whew, this is strong and tart. Super refreshing and very minty.
