Boulder Ridge Villas

Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is a Deluxe Villa Resort (also a Disney Vacation Club resort) located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area. It features some popular dining, including character dining with Snow White, gorgeous views, and celebrates the great outdoors, specifically the Pacific Northwest.

Overview

Seeing as Boulder Ridge Villas is located at Wilderness Lodge, the resort is within walking distance to both Wilderness Lodge and Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge. You have much more to explore compared to the average Disney resort.

All three resorts also share the same dining and transportation options, but what makes Boulder Ridge Villas stand out are its room offerings that have more of a homey feeling compared to the standard hotel room.

Boulder Ridge is more expensive, but offers some popular dining experiences, is a stunning resort, and offers rooms for people who want more space, a kitchen, the ability to do laundry, and much more.

Here’s everything you need to know.

Rooms And Bathrooms

Boulder Ridge has three room offerings. You can sleep up to eight people, depending on the type of room you book.

There is one Deluxe Studio and two villas, including a 1-Bedroom Villa and a 2-Bedroom Villa.

Each rooms offers your standard amenities, including a hairdryer, TV, free WiFi, a coffee maker, telephone, in-room safe, and an iron and ironing board. There are also a range of views, including the pool, courtyard, woodlands, or Wilderness Lodge.

Unfortunately, there aren’t USB outlets in the room, so keep that in mind! But, there are plenty of the standard outlets to plug in what you need, including near the beds. And, there is also a lot of storage for you to put your belongings, like drawers and closet space. There isn’t room under the beds for luggage.

Compared to the Deluxe Studio, the villas feature a full-size kitchen and a washer and dryer, which is definitely a nice perk when visiting WDW. There are also dishes in the kitchen for you to use, along with a dishwasher. The studio does have a small kitchenette.

The bathrooms do have storage for any of your products, along with a spacious counter.  As for the overall theming, the rooms definitely have that woodsy Wilderness lodge vibe.

Let’s go through the types of rooms available to book.

  • Deluxe Studio: Views of Pool, Woodlands, Courtyard, or Wilderness Lodge; 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double-Size Sleeper Sofa and 1 Single Pull Down Bed; Kitchenette with small fridge and microwave, and porch or balcony
