Disney announced on Thursday, May 20 that the Disneyland Hotel at the Disneyland Resort will officially reopen on July 2, 2021.
The other good news? You can start booking reservations now!
To be clear, upon reopening, the Fantasy Tower will be the first Disneyland Hotel tower to reopen. This is also where the main lobby is located, along with the gift shops. It’s unclear when the Adventure and Frontier towers will reopen.
The guest rooms, lobbies, and meeting rooms have also received updates through refreshed upholstery and fabrics.
Speaking of the guest rooms, there’s also a new fireworks pattern in the carpet and upgraded platform beds “to help maximize storage.”
As for the corridor flooring, there are new patterns inspired by Mary Blair and her art. The graphics “recall the park lands each of the towers are named for.”
Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar, Tangaroa Terrace Torpical Bar & Grill, and the Coffee House will all reopen as well come July 2. You’ll be able to Mobile Order at Tangaroa Terrace and the Coffee House.
Currently, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is the only on-site Disney hotel open. Disney’s Paradise Pier is set to reopen on June 15, 2021, also with limited capacity.
Keep in mind that California residents may only visit the parks right now, but if you’re interested in booking a Disneyland trip or making a hotel reservation, Small World Vacations can help!
