Disney announced on Monday, Sept. 20 that Disney’s All-Star Sports will no longer reopen on Dec. 9, 2021.
A new reopening date has not been announced yet and it is unclear when the value resort will welcome guests again.
All-Star Movies reopened on March 22, 2021 and All-Star Music reopened on Sept. 16, 2021.
Per Disney, “At this time, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort will remain closed while we take the opportunity to refresh the Sports theme area, and we look forward to sharing a new reopening date for rooms in the Sports theme at a later time.”
For guests with upcoming reservations, they should note the following:
- They will receive communication via email and will be able to modify their stay, at no additional charge.
- This modification will have no impact to other vacation experiences that may be booked, such as theme park reservations or dining.
At this time, Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — Riverside is still scheduled to reopen on Oct. 14, 2021 and Disney’s Port Orleans Resort — French Quarter remains set to reopen on Oct. 28, 2021.
