The Lotus House booth is in the China pavilion, meaning this is typically a busy area thanks to Frozen Ever After being right next door.
The line can grow here, so plan accordingly.
In typical fashion, this booth isn’t anything to rave about. The food is just ok and the drinks aren’t that great, not to mention the latter being way overpriced.
If we had to pick favorites, that would be the Jasmine Draft Beer and the Marco Boba coffee cocktail.

Be sure to keep reading for our must-trys, photos, full reviews, and our ratings for Lotus House.

Shannon (Founder)
- Likes: Almost everything
- Dislikes: Beers that taste “stinky,” anything too salty

Heather (Editor)
- Likes: Strong flavors, anything made out of potatoes, white wines, all beers (especially stouts and wheat beers), doesn’t mind sweet (plain fruit is NOT a dessert. Ever.)
- Dislikes: Things that are too spicy, anything with a bone still in it, cocktails with too much whiskey or tequila (thanks to having too much fun in college), some red wines, most IPAs
- Dietary Restrictions: Shellfish allergy
Felicia (Content Manager)
- Likes: Mezcal, savory drinks, stouts/lagers/wheats/sour beers, vinegar, tart/sour items, chocolate, fresh vegetables and fruits, red meat
- Dislikes: Ciders, sweet drinks, anything milky or creamy, chili powder, cumin, weirded out by textures, mayonnaise, saucy/wet food, cream-filled pastries, artificial fruit flavors, cooked fruits, frozen items (drinks or ice cream)
- Dietary Restrictions: None
Allyson (Writer)

- Dislikes: Wine (only likes a few dry ones), cream ales and stouts/porters, super sweet cocktails, floral flavors (lavender, rose), anything almond-flavored, things that are too spicy, olives, meat and seafood (see below)
- Dietary Restrictions: Vegetarian (personal choice)
Photos & Reviews
Spicy Mala Chicken Skewer
A Spicy Mala Chicken Skewer. This is a new 2022 festival item.

Price: $6.75
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 1.7/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Strange texture, has a bit of a kick.
Heather: So fatty. How? It’s chicken. But the texture is not good.
Felicia: The chicken is mushy which is weird. The flavor is okay, not great. I wouldn’t recommend this.
House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons
These are House-made Cheesy Crab Wontons.

Price: $7.75
Special Diets: N/A
Rating: 2.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Wanted to love these but the sauce made it soggy and the filling lacked flavor.
Felicia: These are good but nothing special. Standard crab wontons with a sweet and spicy sauce. Fine but not worth stopping.
Rose Bubble Milk Tea
This is a non-alcoholic Rose Bubble Milk Tea and a new 2022 festival item.

Price: $8.75
Made with Alcohol?: No
Rating: 1.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Light rose taste, bobas not a great texture, good portion
Heather: The rose flavor feels very artificial, unfortunately.
Felicia: Tastes like sugar water and roses. Gross. Would not recommend, unless drinking roses is your thing.
Allyson: I do not like rose flavor and this is all I can taste. Don’t like it at all.
Kung Fu Punch
Kung Fu Punch is Vodka, Triple Sec, Mango Syrup, Orange Juice, and Soda Water.

Price: $13.00
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.5/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Great balance of delicious citrus flavors and alcohol. Refreshing.
Heather: Very sweet. Definitely has alcohol. Good for people that don’t want to know that they are drinking.
Felicia: Sickly sweet, not a strong alcohol flavor. The orange and mango flavors are strong. Don’t think it’s worth the price.
Allyson: Tastes like a fuzzy navel. So if you like those, great!
Tang Dynasty
Tang Dynasty is Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila Gold, Light Rum, Strawberry Syrup, Piña Colada Mix, White Boba Pearls, and Soda Water.

Price: $13.75
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 1.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Way too strong on the alcohol thanks to both tequila and rum. Adding in bobas and pina colada makes it just a weird mix of flavors that don’t work.
Heather: Honestly, this feels like they had a bunch of almost empty bottles of booze and they decided to mix it all together and sell it at a premium price. I AM ON TO YOU, DISNEY.
Felicia: Too sweet for my taste, but it’s fine. Relatively strong but overall kind of pricey and not special.
Allyson: Don’t get this if you don’t like tequila or don’t want a STRONG drink. Tastes like a bunch of alcohol thrown together.
Marco Boba
Marco Boba made with Amaretto, Iced Coffee, Milk, and Boba.

Price: $12.50
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 2.8/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Extremely strong and not a great overall flavor.
Heather: Maybe I’m just looking for something to like after drinking the other things but I thought this one was the “best” of the bunch. I could do without the boba, though. It just takes up space where the alcohol could go.
Felicia: Tastes like iced coffee with amaretto and it’s honestly pretty good. Recommend for cold coffee fans.
Allyson: A good cold coffee cocktail, but there are definite hints of amaretto, which isn’t my favorite.
Jasmine Draft Beer
This Jasmine Draft Beer is a pale lager.

Price: $5.25 (6 oz.) / $9.00 (12 oz.)
Made with Alcohol?: Yes
Rating: 3/5
Our Thoughts
Shannon: Light and refreshing. Jasmine taste just a nice hint and not too overpowering.
Heather: The name sounds pretty but the taste isn’t. Only order this if the line is short and you REALLY NEED TO HYDRATE.
Felicia: Solid beer that is light and easy to drink. Great for walking around World Showcase in the heat.
Allyson: Nothing special. Just a light beer. But also tastes like water.
