As if there isn’t already enough Hollywood Studios news, Disney Movie Magic is returning to the park for a limited-time beginning March 13.
The nighttime projection show first debuted in 2017 and now it’s making a short comeback, along with a brand new sequence from the live-action Mulan.
Speaking of Mulan, you can even catch a sneak peek of the film for a limited time starting March 20 at the Walt Disney Presents attraction.
As for Disney Movie Magic, it’s described as a “cinematic nighttime experience that transforms the park’s iconic Chinese Theater with state-of-the-art projection mapping technology, placing guests in the middle of a celebration of films from the Disney family of studios.”
It’s unclear if Disney Movie Magic will temporarily replace The Wonderful World of Animation or if it will only run on select evenings. Along with The Wonderful World of Animation, Hollywood Studios’ other nighttime projection experience is Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular. It doesn’t appear that this show will be affected, per the official Walt Disney World calendar.
