The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a Deluxe Villa Resort at Walt Disney World, in addition to a Disney Vacation Club Resort. The Villas are located in the Magic Kingdom Resort Area, meaning the resort is close to Magic Kingdom and has some unforgettable views.
The resort is known for having access to the Monorail, along with its well-known exterior design similar to the Hotel del Coronado in Coronado, California.
Also located on property are Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, a Disney deluxe resort.
Here’s what you need to know about the Villas at Grand Floridian.
Pros and Cons
Overview
Resort category: Deluxe Villas
Resort area: Magic Kingdom
Address & Phone Number
4401 Floridian Way
Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8451
(407) 824-3000
Just like Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, the Grand Floridian Villas embodies the Victorian and Palm Beach’s golden eras.
The Villas share dining, shops, pools, and more with the Grand Floridian Resort, but are still special on their own. For example, guests can book either a deluxe studio or a multi-bedroom villa. They offer more than your standard room, including some having a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a spacious living area.
This resort is more expensive for obvious reasons. Between higher-priced dining, having access to water transportation, buses, and the Monorail, providing views of Magic Kingdom, and serving as host of the famous Disney Wedding Pavilion, both the Resort and Villas have a lot to offer guests.
There’s even a convention center nearby, the Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort Convention Center.
Here’s what else you need to know about the Villas.
Guest Rooms And Bathrooms
You can book two types of room at the Villas: one, two, or three bedroom villas or deluxe studios. Depending on the room you book, you can even sleep up to 12 adults.

As for the studios, they also have some unique and beneficial features like a kitchenette with microwave and a small fridge, mirror TVs in all bathrooms, and a Blu-Ray player.
Plus, there’s a range of views, including the lake, the Monorail, the courtyard, landscaping, and the parking area.
If you’re wondering about outlets and USB ports, there are both scattered about (more outlets than USB) for whatever you may need to plug in or charge. Regarding storage, there is plenty of closet and drawer space.
The deluxe studio beds have doors underneath that slide open for luggage. These beds also have drawers. The bathrooms have some counter space, along with drawers.

Disney used to have a service where you were able to purchase items in the parks and then have them delivered to your resort’s gift shop. However, that service has been unavailable for several years now.

Although parking at Disney World resort hotels used to cost a nightly fee for resort guests, Disney has changed their policy so that parking is now free for all on-site resort guests. This change was implemented on January 10, 2023.
Valet parking is also available for $33 per night.
Complimentary standard self-parking is available for non-resort guests exploring dining, shopping, entertainment, and other experiences during the day.
